Lifeboat lauched to 2 Dolphins stranded south of Drinagh. Gardai and Curracloe Coastguard unit on scene. Gardai handed over Dolphin on stretecher and crew waded with Dolphin to shallow waters and monitored Dolphin until it got strength to swim away. 2 Dolphins sighted swimming back out to sea. |

Wexford Lifeboat and Rosslare Lifeboat launched to 21ft Powerboat, 5 persons on board, with engine failure, 1 mile north of the Bar Bouy at 5:45 p.m. Rosslare Lifeboat towed vessel to Wexford Harbour entrance and Wexford Lifeboat towed into Harbour. All persons and vessels arrived safely at 8:10 p.m. |
